Veterinarian Overview
Dr. W. Gordon Smyth has been in private small animal practice in Arlington since May 1976, moving to the current location in the fall of 1987. A native Texan from Houston, he earned both B.S. and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Texas A&M University, graduating from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1973. Still an avid student, Dr. Smyth has enjoyed the explosion of technologies and knowledge available to veterinarians and their application to the care and well-being of pets entrusted to his care.
