DVM Education: Texas A&M University Hometown: Houston, Texas Pets: Athena, Tebow, & Banana Split Dr. Alex Deal realized he wanted to become a veterinarian after losing a cat to FIV at the age of 5. He continued to follow his dream and ended up at Texas A&M for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Deal stayed at Texas A&M and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. After spending a year working for his long-time family Veterinarian, Dr. Deal decided to venture out and is excited to join our team! Dr. Deal will spend the majority of his time working at our Highland Knolls office. His professional interests include: Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Preventative Medicine.
