Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Gabi Strottner received her B.S. in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Utah in 2004. In 2008, she received her DVM from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University. Dr. Strottner then went on to complete a one-year small-animal rotating internship at Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Center in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. StrottnerÍs veterinary oncology training continued with a one-year oncology internship at Southwest Veterinary Oncology in Tucson, Arizona in 2009. In July 2013, Dr. Strottner completed her residency in medical oncology at VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists in San Leandro, California. Dr. Strottner is very excited to be joining the team at Capital Area Veterinary Specialists/Texas Veterinary Oncology in October 2013.
