Veterinarian Overview
Dr Chappell has had a stellar career as a veterinarian servicing Spartanburg and surrounding counties for over 35 years in all facets of practice. Whether it be a tiny pocket pet or a 1 ton bull he has provided consistently high quality surgical and medical services for over 35 years. His compassion and caring has earned himself a legion of devoted clients. Dr Chappell graduated from University of Georgia in 1973 after doing undergraduate stints at Clemson and the University of South Carolina. He recently sold Eastside Veterinary Hospital and is now concentrating his efforts into developing CARE into a high quality emergency care facility. All his hobbies have been animal orientated raising Border Collies, participating in sheepdog trials, and rearing quarter horses & Welsh ponies for over 25 years . Currently, he is training and showing quarter horses together with Corriente cattle.
