Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rochette is our newest team member to join Cumberland Animal Hospital. She is originally from East Providence, Rhode Island, but has worked at a small animal hospital in Dartmouth, Mass. since she graduated from Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island in 2007. She has an undergraduate degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Clinical Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire. Her areas of interest in veterinary medicine include pain management, wound care, and feline medicine. She has completed specialized training and can perform in-hospital abdominal ultrasounds and acupuncture. Outside of work Dr. Rochette loves to garden and cook, and she is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom to two beautiful daughters, Lily and Sophie. She is also Mom to her dog Bradley and her cats Rondo, Jinx, and her 22-pound Maine Coon Cat named Leo.
