Dr Cohn and the entire staff are the most professional and caring group. My little Sophie went over the rainbow bridge and Dr Cohn and the staff went out of their way to make sure that Sophie was made comfortable until she was ready to pass. Dr Cohn and the staff always treated Sophie and me with the utmost care and respect. Love this practice and the people that are part of it. Sophie and I Thank You for being the "Best". Sophie passed peacefully because of you.
I have been taking my pets to Dr. Cohn for about ten years now and wanted to specifically leave a review for him because I think his bedside manner is second to none and I’ve never been to a vet that is so approachable and patient with us as well as our animals (Remy can be a handful)… I do feel that often when we bring him there we are rushed out because he gets very worked up—but they do their best and Dr. Cohn has always been easy to discuss the animals’ medical care with. I really appreciate medical professionals who are good with communication and eye contact😎

We are new to this Veterinarian Clinic and Dr. Cohn. Few months ago, early Summer, a stray female cat befriended us and before we knew it she entrusted us with her 5 kittens! Penn Avenue Vet has walk-in hours during weekdays which is wonderful for our schedules and with spontaneous medical issues popping up with the kittens, it is impossible to wait for an appointment 3 weeks from when the issue is happening now. Anyway, Dr. Cohn has been incredibly helpful and his care is greatly appreciated as well as the staff.

Brandon Was there for us when we had to let our sweet Maddi go. He made the process easy and comfortable for us. explained what he was doing and what was going to happen and gave us any amount of time we needed.
We switched to Penn Animal Hospital, Dr. Cohn, and we've had a wonderful experience. Dr. Cohn was much more helpful than our prior vet. I left our first appointment with diet recommendations, additional medication suggestions, and a game plan. When we had testing done, Dr. Cohn called me personally with the results. My puppy had been sick most of the first 6 months of her life. Dr. Cohn gave me confidence that she would recover and thrive, and she has. Subsequently, four different people have recommended Penn Animal Hospital to me. One said, "They may not remember me, but they remember my dog, and that's what's important." Penn Animal has adjacent free parking in the Strip District. Their rates are reasonable, Some may prefer more posh accommodations and more high brow clientele, but I couldn't be more satisfied.
