Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Jaclyn O'Pella graduated from Haverford College in 2004 with a chemistry degree. She then worked in the pharmaceutical field while pursuing her master's in public health at Thomas Jefferson University. Following a public health internship at the University of Pennsylvanias veterinary school, she was inspired to get her veterinary degree. At Penn Vet, she focused on small animal and exotic companion animal medicine. Following graduation, Dr. OPella worked in emergency medicine before joining The Pet Mechanic. She is excited to develop relationships with clients and their pets in general practice. Dr. OPella enjoys spending time at home with her two yorkies, Bruiser and Harley, and her Russian tortoise, Ralph.
