I had to take my little girl to avets in an emergency situation that unfortunately ended very sadly in the days to come. Dr Robin Benton was absolutely awful to deal with. To start, I never saw her, I was taken to an exam room and she called me on my cell phone. She had zero sympathy for what I was going through and would not offer me any advice. She spoke to me in a very condescending manor and was rushing me to make like and death decisions about my kid all over the phone. I asked her for her advice several times and she would just repeat herself telling me she is giving me options. I wanted an opinion, which is what any Dr I have ever gone to throughout life for myself or my furkid would offer. I have never encountered any Dr like this in my life and I hope to never encounter one like this again. If you can’t have empathy for someone in an emergency situation where your job is to offer advice then don’t get into that field. I hope this review prevents anyone else from having to experience what I did with her. Whatever you do, DO NOT entrust your furkid to her.
