Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sarah Frankel joined the Spring House team as an associate veterinarian in 2015. Originally from Chicago, she earned her bachelors degree in biology and Spanish from the University of Michigan, and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 2014. She went on to complete a small animal rotating internship at the Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services (CARES) in Langhorne, PA.Growing up, Dr. Frankel had a passionate love for both animals and science, and always knew that veterinary medicine was the profession for her. She enjoys being able to make our animal family members feel better when ill, and her special interests include dentistry and soft tissue surgery.Outside of work, Dr. Frankel enjoys playing soccer, travelling, attending concerts, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. She is an avid Chicago sports fan, and currently lives in Philadelphia with her rescue dog Cyrus.
