Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rappaport obtained his veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. He has served as Director of CARES since its inception in 2003. He served as co director of its predecessor AECCS, and has been practicing emergency medicine since 1995. Emergency medicine and surgery has always been a passion of Dr. Rappaport. He says he is tremendously fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible team that helps him do what he loves on a daily basis. Outside of work, Dr. Rappaport strives to live up to the expectations of his Golden Doodle. He enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the great outdoors and traveling.
