Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lauren Klutchka grew up in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania where she began riding and showing horses at a young age. She realized early on that she wanted a career working with horses, and earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences with a minor in Equine Science from Penn State University. Dr. Klutchka graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012, with a focus on equine medicine. After graduation from veterinary school, she completed an internship at the Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, New Jersey. She currently lives with her cat, Maison and dog, Iris. She also has two horses; Haven and Freesia. In her free time Dr. Klutchka enjoys horseback riding and photography. Dr. Klutchka joined Foxfied Equine in September 2013.
