Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Chris Mackensen received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 1992. Dr Mackensen did her undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry, also at Purdue University. She has been a resident of Bucks County since graduation, where she lives with her two children, and one ornery cat, snake and a turtle.Dr. Mackensen's professional activities include general practice and surgery on dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, ferrets and rodents. She has been practicing veterinary medicine here at Animal Hospital of Warwick since 1997. Dr. Mackensen's non-veterinary interests include spending time with her children, cooking, gardening, hiking, traveling, reading and music. She spends a great deal of time outside the office involved in domestic engineering duties and school related activities.
