Veterinarian Overview
Dr Rutkowski received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 from Ohio State University after earning a B.S. in Biology at the University of Maryland. In addition, she completed a surgical internship and residency in 1988 at the University of Pennsylvania, school of Veterinary Medicine. Dr Rutkowski and her daughter Rachel have a cat, a blue crown conure and several thoroughbred horses which she enjoys riding and showing competitively.elenaElena Sawickij, VMD
