Veterinarian Overview
Sandy is originally from Michigan. She migrated her way out to Oregon in the mid 1990s. She has had various careers, but finally settled on her childhood dream of becoming a small animal veterinarian. She graduated from OSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She worked for a mixed animal practice in rural Oregon for 4 years before coming to Full Circle in June 2015. She is very happy to be working with such an upbeat crew and wonderful Doctors. She is a certified veterinary acupuncturist. Hobbies include the typical northwest activities and motorcycle ridingFormerly Bob Groves' Lake Oswego Veterinary Clinic...With a seamless transfer of ownership in 2006, Dr. Meg Frey and staff continue to operate the clinic with a commitment to optimal care and service.
