Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ashley Ziegler is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Arcadia University with a bachelors degree in Biology in 2010. Following undergraduate studies she worked as a veterinary technician in referral emergency practice. Wanting to pursue further education she began veterinary school at Ross University on the island of St. Kitts. She completed her clinical studies at Louisiana State University and graduated from Ross University in January 2016. During veterinary school, Dr. Ziegler pursued education in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and is certified by the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida in Small Animal Veterinary Acupuncture and is a certified Chinese Veterinary Tui-na Practitioner. Dr. Ziegler is also certified by VetStem in Stem Cell Therapy and is currently pursuing accreditation by the USDA. Her areas of special interest include integrative medicine and emergency critical care. In her free time, Dr. Ziegler enjoys spending time with her dog, Jethro, who was a stray she adopted during her time in St. Kitts.
