Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kady Flowers grew up in Sylvania, OH and shadowed Dr. Barden through high school. She graduated from Otterbein college pre veterinary program and received her Doctor of veterinary medicine from The Ohio State University school of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She then completed small animal internal medicine and surgery internship at Bay Area Veterinary Specialtists in California, receiving additional training in surgery, oncology, cardiology, dermatology, radiology, internal medicine, and emergency. She began working at SMAH in 2010. Dr Flowers currently resides in Sylvania Township with her husband, Nick Sattelmaier, DVM. They have three dogs, Leo, Ryan, and Princess and three cats, Slider, Zoltan, and Dragon. Outside of work she enjoys running with her goldens, biking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
