Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Brooke West- Dr. West grew up in Sylvania and is a 1999 graduate of Northview High School. In 1Dr._Brooke_West.JPG993, she began working at West Toledo Animal Hospital as a kennel assistant at the age of 14. Dr. West graduated from Findlay College with a degree in Biology, then went on to graduate from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. West's special interests are cardiology and internal medicine. In the summer of 2009, Dr. West purchased West Toledo Animal Hospital. She then acquired Perrysburg Animal Care in March of 2011. Dr. West is married to Steve, also a veterinarian. They have 2 boys, Aiden and Landon, and 3 labs, Favre, Archie, and Carmen. Dr. West is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Ohio Veterinary Association, and the Toledo Veterinary Association. Dr. West is also a member of the Perrysburg Rotary.
