Veterinarian Overview
Earned his Associate of Applied Science from SUNY at Delhi in 1970, Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1972 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 1978. He is a NY State licensed and accredited Veterinarian plus a member of the AVMA, NYSVMS and HVVMS. After practicing for 3 years in Glen Cove, NY and Danbury, CT, Dr. McCord moved to Hopewell Junction with his wife Anne, who is a Delhi Veterinary Technician, and 2 daughters (Christine and Karen) and founded the East Fishkill Animal Hospital in 1981. His medical strengths are in general diagnostics and surgery. He has trained and provided guidance to other local veterinarians over the years and enjoys sharing his expertise.
