Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Marinos clinical credentials are impressive. He is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and the American College of Clinical Thermology, and is the former head of the orthopedic/neurosurgery service at the renowned Animal Medical Center in New York City. He earned his B.S. in biology and DVM degree from Auburn University in Alabama, and completed a small animal internship in medicine and surgery at the University of Georgia. Excited to return to his home state, Dr. Marino was accepted for a residency in small animal surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York City where he was honored with both the Martin and Beatrice Weiser Outstanding Research Award and the North Shore Animal League Petering Scholarship Award.
