Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rebecca Kurtzman grew up just outside of New York City in Rockland County, NY, and is now enjoying life in the Upper West Side. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017, and started practicing as an associate veterinarian at BluePearl Veterinary Partners shortly after. In July 2018, she joined the medical team at Pure Paws Veterinary Care. Dr. Kurtzman has professional interests in ophthalmology and internal medicine. In her free time, Dr. Kurtzman enjoys painting, dancing, and doing yoga. Her favorite cuisines are Asian and Jing Fong is her local go-to spot. Dr. Kurtzman has a special spot in her heart for Rottweilers. Her first pet was a Rottie named Gwen, and she currently has a Rottie named Bianca.
