Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mark Nunez earned his degree in veterinary medicine from Louisiana State University in 2002, and has been caring for the dogs and cats of Long Island ever since. Originally from southern Louisiana, Dr. Nunez served in the US Air Force and Army. Today, he is a decorated veteran. Dr. Nunez has professional interest in preventive medicine, behavioral counseling, dermatology, dentistry, weight management, arthritis, and endocrinology. At home, Dr. Nunez and his daughter Lauryn have two furry family members; a dog, Roxy, and a cat, Kelly. When he is not providing high-quality animal medicine, Dr. Nunez enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
