I found the office staff to be rude and unprofessional. I was referred to as "snotty" while attempting to schedule an appointment for my Shih Tzu. A month ago, I called at 3PM seeking help for an emergency, I was told, "We can't help you. Take her to an emergency center." The office was open for another hour and their website boasts how emergency calls are given priority over scheduled appointments. This past week, one doctor in particuliar, acted unprofessionally when he said, "We have 11:40 and 12:40 available. Do you want it or not?" and then abruptly hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation to him. I expected more consideration from him as he has a young child at home and should have been able to relate to my concerns. This office repeatedly had incorrect weight and age listed for my Shih Tzu which could prove dangerous when assigning medicine dosage. (This is the abridged version of my experience for the last 14 months!) If you are seeking a professional medical environemnt that instills confidence, look elsewhere. This establishment actually deserves a zero rating, but there was no allowance for it.
