Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Katrina Jung is originally from California. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University. After graduating, she went on to pursue a small animal rotating internship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists. During her internship, she developed a strong interest in emergency medicine, which allowed her to then continue her training at the University of Illinois, as a Specialty Emergency and Critical Care Intern. Dr. Jung returned to the western side of the states when she obtained a residency here at Veterinary Emergency + Critical Care Hospital. Her current interests in emergency medicine includes, brain injuries, sepsis, toxins, and trauma. Her hobbies includes, spending quality time with her feline at home, watching movies, and experiencing Las Vegas through its restaurants and festivals.
