Veterinarian Overview
James Stephen Mason, VMD is a graduate of Rutgers University and The University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School. He went on to post doctoral training as an intern at the Bergh Memorial Hospital in New York City and served a residency in medicine at The Animal Medical Center in Manhattan. Dr. Mason owned a veterinary clinic in New York City before coming to the South Jersey area to practice. He is an excellent veterinary diagnostician and surgeon with a particular interest in break through therapies for the treatment of cancer in pet patients. He advocates the use of both holistic and mainstream protocols in the treatment of cancer in the cat and dog. Steve Mason has lived in Africa and has traveled to South America and Europe in the pursuit of his passion for Argentine tango dancing. He has been an integral member of The Voorhees Veterinary Center medical team for over fifteen years
