Veterinarian Overview
I am a proud member of the Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital team. I strive to be a loyal and compassionate doctor who always advocates for the thorough and fair treatment of those in need. I very much enjoy forming relationships with my patients and their owners, and I truly understand the human-animal bond. I am particularly well versed on the care of dogs and cats and enjoy meeting new clients and patients. I was born and raised in New York and attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where I received my bachelors of science degree (May of 2002). I then went on to receive my doctor of veterinary medicine degree at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine (May of 2007). After meeting my husband Will, I moved to Pennsylvania and practiced veterinary medicine for five years while Will completed a residency in Emergency Medicine (for people). We then moved back to New York to be closer to family, and I happily joined Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital. We currently reside with our three human children, Brayden, Caleb, and Vienna, and our two fur babies, Violet the cat and Scrubs the dog (chocolate Lab mix). One of my greatest joys in life is watching our children interact and play with Scrubs and Violet and watching them all grow up together.
