Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Marisa Herzog graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. She worked as a chemical engineer and veterinary assistant for three years before attending veterinary school. She received her veterinary degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the University of Prince Edward Island. She has a particular interest in surgery and was involved in a feral cat spay and neuter program at the AVC. She recently completed a small animal internship in surgery and medicine at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in New York, NY. Dr. Herzog enjoys snowboarding, dancing, reading, and seeing friends. She lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with her two English Staffordshires, Tipsy and Trunks, and her husband, David. As a family they often go bicycle riding and hiking together.
