Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sue Bliesath received her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University in 1998. She grew up in northern NJ and has lived in this area the majority of her life. In addition to treating dogs and cats, Dr. Bliesath also sees small mammals, such as rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and hamsters. She worked with the Long Valley Dog Park Committee to establish vaccination guidelines for the park and acts as an advisor when needed. Her interests include animal behavior, skin disorders, reproduction and preventive medicine. She believes in treating each pet as if it is her own and encourages client questions. When she is not in the hospital, you can find her with her husband, three children, dogs Miley and Bella, dwarf hamster Yogi, and the latest addition a puppy named Sprinkles!
