Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Laura Koerber joined REVH as an emergency clinician in 2015. She grew up in New England and earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology from Plymouth State University in 1995. Her veterinary training started by working as a veterinary technician in a small animal practice in Florida for three years. She then went on to Colorado State University in 2002. Dr. Koerber completed a 13 month internship in small animal medicine and surgery from VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in Weymouth, MA in 2003. Prior to her joining the staff at REVH, she worked as an emergency veterinarian at Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center in Pennsylvania (2003-2004), Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in Parker, Colorado (2004-2008) and Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Center in Newington, NH (2008-2015). Dr. Koerber and her husband live in Brentwood with their beautiful daughter, Olivia. They have three cats - Bear Kitty, Wilbur and Basil. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, hiking and relaxing.
