Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Angel Cassista joined the Fisherville Animal Hospital team in April 2016. She attended Simon's Rock College of Bard and the University of New Hampshire for her undergraduate degree, and the Atlantic Veterinary College at University of Prince Edward Island for her DVM degree.Previously, Dr. Cassista practiced at veterinary hospitals in Nashua, Manchester and Merrimack as well as Buffalo, NY and Woburn, MA. We are thrilled to have such an experienced and skilled doctor on our team! Her special interests include dermatology and behavioral modification, but she believes that the most important aspect of veterinary medicine is preventive care Outside of work, Dr. Cassista enjoys horseback riding, tailoring, leatherworking, knitting, clay sculpture, and puppeteering. She and her husband Brian have three very polite cats named Mulligan, Danu, and Nottacat. They also have Claus, an American Saddlebred horse
