Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Stacy Lord is a Grand Forks native and graduated from Grand Forks Central in 1999. She went on to college, where she received a B.S. Degree in Biology from Bemidji State University in 2003 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2007 from Iowa State University. Dr. Lord is a member of the North Dakota Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.After working at small animal practices in Minot, ND and Ames, IA, she finally made her way back home to be near family and friends in June of 2011. She has a strong interest in small animal internal medicine and dermatology. She has background in large animal medicine (swine in particular), but has enjoyed the indoor comforts of working in a small animal practice and focusing on the human/animal bond.She lives in Grand Forks with her husband, Nathan, and their 2 children, Nicholas and Nora Jo. They have a Golden Retriever Pike. She enjoys spending precious time with her family, listening to music, dancing, spending time outdoors, and reading.
