Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kramer grew up on his parentsÂ’ cattle and sheep ranch near Towner, ND. After completing high school, he attended North Dakota State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in microbiology and minoring in biotechnology. While attending NDSU, Dr. Kramer was a member of the NDSU Rodeo Team and was active with the NDSU Rodeo Club, serving as vice-president and president. After graduating from NDSU, Dr. Kramer was accepted to Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in May of 1999.Dr. Kramer then accepted a position at Kindness Animal Hospital in Grand Forks, ND, where he was employed as an associate veterinarian. While practicing in Grand Forks, Dr. Kramer worked with both small and large animals. In September of 2006, Dr. Kramer accepted the position he currently holds as associate veterinarian at Red RiverAnimal Emergency Clinic. While working at RRAEC, Dr. Kramer has also held positions as part-time instructor at both North Dakota State University and Minnesota School of Business. Dr. Kramer currently lives in Fargo with his wife, four boys and the family dog, Vincent. When he is not at the emergency clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
