Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Chrissy Krell was born and raised in Wadena, MN. She graduated from Wadena-Deer Creek High School and completed a Bachelor's in Equine Science (Pre-Vet) from the University of Minnesota - Crookston in 2008. She attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri - Columbia from 2008-2012. Following graduation in 2012, she began working in private practice in Park Rapids, MN. In addition, she started Krell Veterinary Services in 2012 which has recently transformed into the busy Paws & Prairie Animal Clinic. She also practices emergency medicine at the Red River Animal Emergency Clinic in Fargo, ND on weekends. Dr. Krell loves spending time with her three busy children (Aden - 9, Logan - 4, and Ryanne - 1), her husband, horses, barn cats, mini rabbit and the family dog, Princess Leia.
