Veterinarian Overview
Dr.Halvorson was born and raised in Wilson, NC. She attended NC state for her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and then she continued her stay with the Wolfpack at the NC State Veterinary School where she graduated in 2003. She is married with a son, daughter and two dogs, Mason and Scout. Amy has been working in the veterinary field since she was in high school and has interests in areas such as internal medicine, Neurology as well as chronic pain management.
