Veterinarian Overview
Frank Rutowski, DVM graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in the spring of 1990. Upon graduation he went to work for Butler Animal Hospital. In 1992 Dr. Rutowski bought Butler Animal Hospital and changed the name to Animal Care Hospital of Matthews. Dr. Rutowski is currently and has been in the past the proud owner of many different pet species including dogs, cats, birds, horses and fish.
