Hi, Mark Mills bought the farm next to ours out at White Store, NC. We have a dog named Chase that was a farm family dog shared by the three families that lived next door to each other. We jointly decided to bring Chase back to the beach to live with us as Mark is trying to develop his own dogs and Chase is roaming the area and Mark's other dogs are following. We had a deer hunter shoot two of our dogs last deer season and we don't want that to happen to Chase or Marks other dogs. I have the Rabies Vaccination Certificate from Union County, signed by Dr. Jeff Broadaway but Mark doesn't have the tag that needs to be on Chase's collar. I contacted our Vet here but they said that only the issuer could supply a tag. The certificate expires on 12/4/2022, Rabies Tag # 158410. Can you have your office mail a tag for this certificate that we can put on Chase's collar? Our beach house is in a neighborhood. Joe Nance, PO Box 1625, Swansboro NC 28584 Thanks.
