Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Hope Lucas graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina. She has vast experience in small animal medicine and surgery, including emergency medicine. Her practice experience has also included equine and farm animal medicine. She is passionate about trail riding, driving and showing her mules, Mavis and Texas Pete. She shares her mini farm with five dogs, multiple rescued cats, sheep, chickens and rabbits.
