Veterinarian Overview
Dr. M. Wesley Campbell is a board certified oncology specialist. She did her studies at Presbyterian College in South Carolina. She obtained her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia and then completed her one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dr. Campbell completed her residency in medical oncology at Auburn University. She has a 9-year old Australian Shepherd, Jake, whos always eager to play with his frisbee and is a great cuddler. Jake was diagnosed with a rare tumor on his leg at the age of 6 and remains cancer-free today! Dr. Campbells special interests in oncology include the treatment of hemangiosarcoma, osteosarcoma and other sarcomas as well as lymphoma and leukemia. Her medical practice involves novel therapeutics to treat cancer, and she strives to provide the best care while maximizing quality of life for cancer patients.
