Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Heinrich received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2003, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2007. Dr. Heinrich completed a rotating surgery and medicine internship at VCA Aurora/Berwyn in 2008 and started a dermatology residency that same year. She became board certified in dermatology in 2012.Dr. Heinrich is credentialed in stem cell therapy. She has diagnosed and treated more than 6,000 dogs, cats and horses with skin and ear diseases. She is a contributing author for two textbooks under publication: Clinical Small Animal Internal Medicine and Color Handbook of Skin Diseases of the Dog and Cat 3rd ed.
