Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Karen Randall is a graduate of Colorado State University Veterinary School. She has been a small animal practitioner and practice owner for over 20 years. Her most recent practice was in the Minneapolis area providing in-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia services. Dr. Randall is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the International Association of Animal Hospice and Palliative Care, and theInternational Academy of Veterinary Pain Management. She believes very strongly in advancing veterinary hospice and palliative care as a specialty. She has also volunteered in the Hospice/Karuna program at Children's Hospitals of Minnesota. She is currently being trained as a bereavement support group facilitator with Holy Cross Hospice.Dr. Randall derives great satifaction in working closely with her patients and their families to provide a personalized approach to the challenges of aging and terminal illness.
