Veterinarian Overview
After graduating from University of Connecticut in 2007, Dr. Bricker moved to Indiana, where he met his wife Liz at Purdues Schoolof Veterinary Medicine. He finished his doctorate in 2011 and stayed local in Indianapolis for a year after school where he practiced emergency and exotic animal medicine as part of an internship program. They moved with their cat Izzy, frogs Bill and Ted, gecko Spike, and skunks Juan and Andy to Maryland where they soon added a dog Ivy to the family. Maryland has been a great place to enjoy hikes, photography, gardening, and caring for a home. Dr. Bricker has enjoyed taking part in the Rocky Gorge family, which has let him put to use his love of emergency medicine, while still seeing the non-traditional pets he finds fascinating. He wants to do everything he can to help the helpless, and enjoys working with conservationists, rescuers, and anyone with a passion for healthy, happy animals.
