Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Tracy A. Barlup purchased the practice in February 2000. She is a native of Waynesboro, PA. Dr. Barlup received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 and her Veterinary Medical Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. Prior to coming to Hagerstown, Dr. Barlup worked at Rockhill Veterinary Associates in Sellersville, PA and VetSmart Pet Hospitals and Health Centers in Bel Air, MD and Baltimore, MD. The Barlup household remains a busy place with three humans, three dogs, one cat and twenty alpacas!
