Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Steve Kurtz graduated from the University of Minnesota Veterinary College in 1980. After graduation, he practiced emergency medicine in Milwaukee and then Minneapolis before moving to Maryland to help establish the Emergency Veterinary Clinic, Inc. Dr. Kurtz has continued to practice emergency veterinary medicine at EVC for almost 30 years and is the Hospital Director.
