We love Dr. Oliveri and the staff at Chadwell. My furbabies have been patients of Chadwell for over 15 years now. Dr. Oliver started off seeing our Bunny and 2 Guinea Pigs. Coming up on 9 years she has seen and treated our Cockapoo Tucker from a 2lb pup and now a 22lb old man pup. He has had surgery there and I was made to feel so comfortable leaving him and received seveal calls regarding his progress. We visit at least 2 times each year. Once for regular check-ups and vaccinations and a time or two after because of a playful pup's shenanigans or boarding/grooming mishaps. We always meet with a Tech first then Dr. Oliveri spends the necessary time with us answering questions and explaining treatment. With my busy work sched I can only make late evening 5 - 7pm appts, when I am sure those guys just want to get out of there yet I have never felt rushed or dismissed even during the pandemic protocols. Speaking of which the pandemic protocols were seamless. The only issue I have now is they are even busier than before. So I know now that I have to book any well visits about 2 months ahead. As for emergencies call at 8am and they work to get you in. Tuck and I always enjoy meeting and getting to know the variety of pets and their humans waiting to be seen. I recommend them all of the time.

Dr. Oliveri obliviouslly misdiagnosed my rescue's parasitic issues. She mistakenly referred to diagnostic results from a month prior for a specific worm problem he no longer had after his adoption. (He did still have a different worm issue, but she was clearly referencing paperwork from the wrong date). Her office and testing facility failed to detect and prescribe appropriate medication for an OBVIOUS, VISIBLE worm infection in my pet's sample. That is even though I plainly described the visual presence of worms that a vet should have immediately recognized as tapeworms -- with or without looking at the sample. She has also provided questionable dietary advice. Make sure you follow up with reputable resources and look at the sources and sizes of the studies she references. She has no problem making questionable, threatening statements based on limited results. Her practice is great, but I would avoid this particular vet. He bedside manner towards pets (not people) is okay -- that is the only compliment I can give her. I found her to be irresponsible, careless, and thoughtless with my pets' health as far as her practical work goes. Dr. Haskin, Gold, or Heydt are far preferable.
