Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ned Henry is a native of Norfolk, Virginia. He finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia in 1992 and earned his DVM at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Ned and Cheri Hansen opened Crescent City Veterinary Hospital in 2003. "Our goal is to provide not only the best patient care but also the best customer service of any veterinary hospital in the metro area," says Dr. Henry. "To realize this vision, we have cultivated a team of extraordinarily talented, compassionate, responsive, and detail-oriented caregivers who are completely dedicated to our mission of improving the lives of pets and people. We treat our patients as if they were our pets and we regard our clients as our friends."Dr. Henry's practice interests include internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology and oncology. He also has a keen interest in ultrasound, which he has been performing since 1998.Ned and his family enjoy sailing, surfing, music, the people and the other things that go along with living in the northernmost city of the Caribbean.
