Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Matthew Carr is a 2007 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and Dr. Carr is currently enrolled at the University of Iowa pursuing a Master of Public Health. Dr. Carr believes that the foundation for a successful visit at our hospital is building trust through partnership, clear communication, and education regarding your pets visit.Dr. Carr has a passion for exotic animal medicine and enjoys providing care for ferrets, rabbits, rodents, reptiles, and birds. Soft tissue surgery and small animal medicine are enjoyments of Dr. Carrs career as well.Dr. Carrs family includes his wife, Adrienne, and son, Grayson. His pets include a bulldog mix named Sophie, and a Chihuahua mix named Zorro. He is a die-hard Kansas State fan, enjoys traveling, grilling, and learning more about the One Health initiative.
