Veterinarian Overview
The owner of the Little Apple Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Elizabeth Lindquist received her D.V.M. from Kansas State University in 1988. After working in Topeka for two years, and Great Bend for eight years, Dr. Lindquist purchased the Little Apple Veterinary Clinic in June of 1999. In October 2005, the Little Apple Veterinary Hospital on Seth Child Rd. was completed to better serve the expanding clientele. Dr. LindquistÂ’s husband, Tom, also works at the LAVH and helps manage the practice. Tom and Elizabeth grew up in Northeast Kansas on farms, about 45 miles north of Manhattan, Tom near Waterville and Elizabeth near Blue Rapids. They have three children, Marissa, Codey, and Ethan. Their furry family includes three dogs, three cats, one cockatiel, one cockatoo, two African Grey parrots, one chicken, and 13 African Guinea Fowl.
