Dr. Molly Farrell grew up in Hammond, Indiana and she is the youngest of four children. She attended Purdues School of Veterinary Medicine in West Lafayette, Indiana and graduated in 1989. Dr. Molly got her start in veterinary medicine at the Hammond Pet Hospital and she practiced veterinary medicine there for 25 years until she purchased the Dyer Animal Clinic in December of 2013Since the purchase of the Dyer Animal Clinic, Dr. Molly has been developing deep bonds with the citizens of Dyer and the surrounding areas. She is happy to be serving her clients by providing the loving care that all of her clients and owners deserve. As part of this dedication to the community and their pets, Dr. Molly has been updating the clinic to practice better medicine for her clients. The improvements that Dr. Molly made to the clinic included surgical lighting, vaporizer/anesthetic machine, an ultrasonic dental scaler and polisher, and a Surgical Monitor (pulse, O2, BP). There was also the acquisition of a digital radiographs/generator, and another lift table (saves our backs). For our geriatric patients, we will provide Laser Therapy to help with pain management. Our goal is to provide the best medicine with care and compassion. As for her family, Molly has been happily married to her wonderful husband Tom Corey since October of1996. They have twin boys, Ethan and Jacob Corey. They live in Crown Point, Indiana and they share their home with a rescue Lab/Chow mix dog that goes by the name of Kaiser and three cats, Dozen (Toms polydactyl cat), Tinty (Ethans cat), and Dilly (Jacobs cat).
