Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mary Dombeck received a B.S. in biology from Virginia Tech and joined the Peace Corps as a health education volunteer in Mali, West Africa immediately after finishing college.In 2010, Mary was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University on the island of St. Kitts in the West Indies. While in vet school, Mary completed a year of clinical veterinary training at Auburn University in Auburn, AL. Mary worked in Connecticut and Chicago before coming to Becker Animal Hospital.Outside of veterinary medicine, Mary enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. Kayaking, canoeing, camping and hiking are a few of her favorite past times.
