Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Tamara Gardner grew up on blueberry farm in Bangor, Michigan surrounded by cats, dogs, chickens and horses. Becoming a veterinarian always seemed a natural choice for her. She completed her undergraduate education at Michigan State University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science in 1996. She pursued her veterinary education at Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Dr. Gardner began her career in sunny Florida, then moved to Chicago in 2003 where she practiced until joining the staff at North Shore Family Pet Hospital in 2014.
