Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Gordon, owner of CHFA and a native of Mt. Vernon, IL, received his BA in chemistry and zoology at Southern Illinois University where he graduated PHI KAPPA PHI in 1968. He earned his DVM, with honors from the University of Illinois in 1972. After one year in a mixed practice in Nashville, IL, he returned to the University of Illinois for further study in surgery and medication and was on staff at the veterinary school.
